The mixology industry was all abuzz for the MADE WITH LOVE event, the most important cocktail competition in Canada, which was held at the Liberty Grand last week.

20 of the best bartenders from Toronto went head-to-head after being selected at the qualifiers last January. Over 800 cocktail aficionados heeded the call to discover 20 exclusive cocktail creations and elect their favourite competitor.

This year, Nick Incretolli from The Tavern on George won the favour of the public with his Campari cocktail, and Dan Tavares from Mr. Flamingo won the judges choice, also with a Campari cocktail.

Moving forward, they will represent Toronto at the Made With Love national finals that will be held in the city on May 25th. Both finalists will attempt to bring home the title of best bartender in Canada, along with one of 10 trips to partnering brand distilliteries.
